Photography News...

I'm off on vacation so I've been shopping too (; For those of you who know me personally, you'll know where I am but let's just say I've been wholesale shopping and picked up some photography things on the way. So I got two new pocket watches leaving me with a whooping eight and counting pocket watches. I've also got at least 12 keys of all sizes and I think around 6+ bottles for photography.

I've taken a fancy to eye photography and recently created a new folder so you can expect to see more of my photography under macro and human.

Once again, I've changed my watermark. I know I've changed it so many times but I think I've finally changed it once and for all...fingers crossed.


DeviantART News...

My premium membership is expiring soon! I don't know if I can renew it with my own money so I might just save up points because I've really fallen in love with critiques.


Photoshop News...

I'm still a photoshop beginner but combined tutorials and experiments have left me feeling a bit more confident. I've been downloading JPhotography & Lieveheersbeestje's actions and using those sometimes. If not, I edit them and combine them or do my own editing. For those of you who don't have Photoshop, these are some good alternatives I've tried and liked:

I will be writing reviews on these in the future and trying out more apps to give non-Photoshop users more opportunities to edit photos.


Group News...

Well, thank you everyone for the votes! I will probably decide on a name by the end of the week. I checked and as of today, Through-Our-Lenses & Timeless-Photography are both available. I prefer Timeless-Photography but my votes say that Through-Our-Lenses is more popular. I've decided that as of today, I want to be managing the group on my own at least for now. I'd love it if you all joined the group once it's started (: But it's your choice (; Once I get enough popularity I'll be doing unknown artist projects and weekly photo contests like other popular groups. Features will also be included and you can count on competitions! But to do that, you have to be part of the group... ;D


Life News...

I might be getting a new Canon body as my current one only takes 10 megapixels. I was thinking the Canon 60D but I wanted to see what you guys thought. Any suggestions? I'd love some suggestions. The only thing I request is that you not comment saying to get another brand because I've already got expensive lenses for Canon and I'm not changing brands. Canon is by far my favorite. My brother has a Nikon and I have a Sony and Canon is the best. Even though the prices are a bit higher, you get what you pay for. Canon is quality and delights me always (; TEEHEE :3

I'm on vacation meaning I'm not as active on DeviantART yet I still have more time then usual so I'll try my best to catch up on my 101DaysofSummer Photography project. I just need time to write out descriptions and post them and put them in groups. Thank you to all the groups who have been requesting my work lately, I was so surprised at the last week when I checked my mail everyday and found so many new watching notices and gallery requests. Thanks for the support guys, I wish I could thank each and everyone of you individually but I can't so I'll say it now, again: Thank You.
